This policy explains how Engro Inc handles information when you visit the public Engro website. It does not describe how a separate Engro product handles account or payment data.
Information you provide
If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if provided), interest, and message so we can respond to your enquiry. Cloudflare processes the submission on our behalf, and Resend delivers your enquiry to Engro and a confirmation email to the address you provide. The website does not store submissions in a separate contact database.
Cloudflare Turnstile verification is temporarily disabled. If enabled later, Cloudflare may process information about your device and interactions for this security check; see its Privacy Policy. This form security check is separate from optional analytics. You can also email dl@engro.ai directly.
Optional website analytics
On engro.ai and www.engro.ai, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are loaded through Google Tag Manager only if you accept analytics. These services can collect information about visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, browser or device details, clicks, scrolling, and session recordings. Clarity may record how you interact with the site. Google and Microsoft process analytics information as third-party providers; please see their privacy information for details about their own processing.
Analytics is off until you choose to accept it. To change your choice, use Privacy choices in the footer. A checked box followed by OK accepts analytics; uncheck it and select OK to decline. Closing the prompt without choosing also saves a decline. Declining after acceptance reloads the page to stop further tracking on this site. Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage until you change it or clear site data. If storage is unavailable, analytics stays off.
Retention and requests
The analytics preference remains on your device until changed or cleared. Analytics information held by Google or Microsoft is subject to the site's configured settings and those providers' practices; we do not state a fixed retention period here. If you email us, we keep the correspondence as needed to respond and manage your enquiry. Contact us for information about current retention settings or to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information relating to you. We will consider requests under applicable law; this policy does not promise a particular outcome or deletion timeframe.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using API Nova and related services provided by Engro Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
API Nova is an AI-powered API testing and monitoring platform. We provide tools for automated testing, mock server generation, performance monitoring, and team collaboration. Service features may vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to: (a) violate any laws or regulations, (b) infringe on intellectual property rights, (c) transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks, (d) interfere with service operation, or (e) access accounts without authorization.
5. Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
API Nova and all associated technology, trademarks, and content are owned by Engro Inc. You retain ownership of your data and test configurations. We grant you a limited license to use our services during your subscription.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable data protection laws.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engro Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to services will end, and data may be deleted after 30 days. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
